Work is excellent!

R. & N. Tuck

We would like to acknowledge the fine performance and workmanship of several members of your organization. When we first began our search for a company, to do our kitchen we visited your showroom much like we did with your competitors. [...] (your receptionist) greeted us, made us feel welcome and introduced us to [...] (the designer). [...] (the designer) looked after answering our questions and taking the time to show us features he talked about. He then took the initiative to schedule a visit to our home which aided immensely in the design process. At this point in our search we were reasonably certain we would be going with Kitchen Craft, however, we were not committed. [...] (the designer) showed up and the rest is history. He continued to show and/or demonstrate features and we became very confident that Gateway would be our choice. At least, it was quickly becoming our preference. We received two other quotes and Gateway was in the middle with all having good references for workmanship. The deciding factor was your staff; [...] (the receptionist) and [...] (the designer) plus an unknown person who provided the key feature in our design. [...] (the designer) called him over to explain my concern with the proposed corner cupboard and put a rectangle garage at the end. It sounded great, and looks even better. This installation was equally impressive. The delivery man (I forgot his name) was courteous and efficient and [...] (the installer's) work is excellent! Also, your sub-contractor [...] did an equally impressive job with the tiles. There were few problems we had to work out which was done with the same class as the first meeting and throughout the whole process. We were only disappointed with [...] the carpet and flooring contractor. We found them to provide minimal information and their prices were much higher than two other quality competitors.
