I like things to follow a tidy, predictable, and logical pattern so I’m worried that there will be surprises I didn't account for.

I’m not great with change, and renovations can be overwhelming, so living in the middle of a renovation makes me nervous.

I’m confident in my plans and budget, but I’m concerned about picking the wrong company to execute them and ending up with problems.

Budget? What budget? I want to see the possibilities and go from there.

I’m confident I know how much it will cost and I’ve set a firm budget to work from.

I’ve researched the market price of my home, average renovation costs, and decided on a budget that seemed manageable and appropriate.

I have a rough idea of what I’d like to spend but I’m still flexible on the final number.

I think about the available options and pick the best one.

I try to pick but often go back and forth a few times before settling on the answer that feels right.

I’m not looking forward to the disruption in my home. Living though the renovation will be tough on me.

I’m not great with deadlines and staying on top of the schedule may be difficult.

I work well with people, I’m not scared of expressing myself and going with the flow.

I love being part of a team, though sometimes I don’t push my own ideas as much as I should.
