I’m worried I’ll have trouble narrowing down what I want from all the available options.

I’m confident in my plans and budget, but I’m concerned about picking the wrong company to execute them and ending up with problems.

I’m not great with change, and renovations can be overwhelming, so living in the middle of a renovation makes me nervous.

I like things to follow a tidy, predictable, and logical pattern so I’m worried that there will be surprises I didn't account for.

I’ve researched the market price of my home, average renovation costs, and decided on a budget that seemed manageable and appropriate.

I have a rough idea of what I’d like to spend but I’m still flexible on the final number.

Budget? What budget? I want to see the possibilities and go from there.

I’m confident I know how much it will cost and I’ve set a firm budget to work from.

I consider my options, ask others for their opinions, and make a choice from there.

I think about the available options and pick the best one.

I research all the available options and make the most logical choice.

I try to pick but often go back and forth a few times before settling on the answer that feels right.

Making sure everyone follows through and everything is completed to my standards.

I’m not great with deadlines and staying on top of the schedule may be difficult.

I’m concerned about how messy a reno can be.

I’m not looking forward to the disruption in my home. Living though the renovation will be tough on me.

I love being part of a team, though sometimes I don’t push my own ideas as much as I should.

Teamwork can be difficult for me if others don’t care as much about details as I do.

I work well with people, I’m not scared of expressing myself and going with the flow.

I’ve been told I’m a born leader. I enjoy being in the driver’s seat of a project.
